📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. As we currently ship only within Poland, most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Nikpew currently delivers exclusively within Poland. We are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the future.

🔍 How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. This allows you to follow your package in real time until it reaches your address.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure and widely used payment methods in Poland, including:

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
While most deliveries arrive on time, delays can occur due to holidays, weather, or courier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at info@nikpew.com or call +49 1522 9481736 with your order details.

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first to begin the return process.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number along with clear photos of the issue to info@nikpew.com. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.
